Many types of academic essays could be presented to a class using the presentation Power Point software, which is the main software tool that we used for showing presentations in the classes I managed at the secondary school where I work as a teacher. I handle English and teaching the basics and other concepts of essay writing is one of the topics I used for my class. In the few years I have been teaching, I have learned that using a presentation Power Point is an effective tool for teaching my students about essay writing.
I created a specific lesson I called as Essays in Presentation Power Point that I would use in teaching my students about essay writing. But before I taught them my essay writing lesson, I made sure that all the students in my class knows how to use the Power Point presentation program. One of the coverage of my topics of my lesson is how to use the different resources in the presentation Power Point software that could be used in explaining and discussing essay writing.
I taught my students that knowing on how to get and use the different resources in a presentation Power Point software would enable them to use those resources while they have to discuss their essays in slide show presentation. Some of the presentation Power Point resources I taught them are various temples and backgrounds that could be downloaded for free from websites offering free online resources that are compatible in using with the Power Point software.
